Refund policy

We ensure you always get a peaceful and positive experience with us. To maintain it, we strive daily to meet your requirements. However, in certain occasions, you may experience issues with our products, services. However, our refund policy assures you positive response when you request for refund.

You get full refund when:

  • When you don’t receive the order within 30 days, you get full refund. Due to current Covid-19 crisis, we have increased this time span for 90 days.
  • When you get products past their expiry dates.

Please note: We do not offer full refund if you provide us incorrect shipping address or if you fail to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. In such cases, we offer re-shipment.

How to request for re-shipment

  • Before you request for re-shipment, use our tracking tool to check on your order status.
  • Contact the customer care team. We will do the follow up and if the post office is unable to deliver your parcel, we will re-ship it for free or initiate full refund as per your request.
  • To claim a refund, write us an email (sales@buytapenta.com) including your order number.

Please note: The refund amount will be credited in your credit card account in 14 working days.

Order cancellations when:

Payment not confirmed

We only process orders which have been paid in advance. If you have not pain for the products, you are not eligible to cancel the order. If the payment is decline, place a new order.

Payment is confirmed

You can cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it. You need to connect with our customer service team and provide them the order number. You are requested to provide a legit reason for cancelling the order.
